The petitioners seek bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.264 of 2018 registered under Sections 365, 380, 427, 436, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they were actively involved in abducting the grandson of the informant who has still not been recovered, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The application is rejected.
