The petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy of filing appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority under the provisions of Bihar Panchayat Teachers Appointment and Service Conditions Rules, 2006. Instead of availing his remedy under the said rule the petitioner has approached this Court in it's extraordinary writ jurisdiction. This Court would not entertain it. This Writ Application is dismissed but with liberty to the petitioner before the District Teachers Employment

Patna High Court CWJC No.2003 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Appellate Authority, Buxar within a period of 30 days from today. If the petitioner applies for the said remedy, the same will be considered on it's own merit and question of limitation shall be considered keeping in view that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court under some bonafide belief.
