2. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is juvenile.

3. Learned APP for the State raised objection.

4. Upon the query of the Court that when the petitioner is juvenile, then why the case has been filed under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. In response, counsel for the petitioner submits that his plea of juvenility was rejected and it is due to this reason, he was so advised to file the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State submits that after rejection of the plea of the juvenility of the petitioner, remedy is available to the petitioner under Juvenile Justice Board Act.

6. In this view of the matter, this bail application is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the Juvenile Justice Board Act.
