2. The petitioner No. 1 is apprehending her arrest in Barhara P.S. Case No. 637 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 307, 448, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, the petitioners along with one Mintu Miyan tresspassed into house of the informant and assaulted mother-inlaw of the informant who consequently died in course of treatment.
4. It has been submitted that the allegation of assaulting the deceased is against the petitioner No. 2, whose prayer for anticipatory bail has already been withdrawn. So far as the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9793 of 2025(5) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 allegation against the petitioner No. 1 is concerned, the allegation against him is of only snatching golden ear ring of the informant. The petitioner No. 1 is a lady of clean antecedent.
5. On the otherhand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner No. 1, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 637 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
