2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 663 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 376, 354, 384, 323, 324 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9009 of 2025(5) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-VIIcum-Special Judge (POCSO), Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Agamkuan P.S.
