2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 28.03.2016 passed in CWJC No. 5168 of 2016.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 1 and 2, Annexure-E whereof being an order contained in memo no. 1998 dated 06.03.2017 passed by the Under Secretary, Home Department, Bihar, Patna discloses that the claim of the petitioner has

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that the order of this Court has been complied.

5. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3777 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
