Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s: "For directing the respondents to ensure the proper maintenance of all the temples of Digambar Jain community located at different locations in the state of Bihar including Rajgir, Pawapuri, Kamaldah and Vaishali (Baban Pokhar and Basokund) so that the religious sentiments of devotees may not get hurt. Directing the respondents to ensure that Bihar State Digambar Jain Religious Trust Board should act as per the provisions contained in Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950.

Direction to the respondents authorities to provide proper security to all religious temples of Digambar Jain community located at different locations so that the incidents of theft could not be repeated in future in any temple across the state."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's is pending with the respondent Trust Board. We are hopeful that the respondent Trust Board shall
