Petitioner is an accused in connection with Case No. 09C2 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10668 of 2020(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - IInd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Case No. 09C2/2020.
