JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 25.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioners are named in the first information report but only suspicion has been drawn against them on account of previous land dispute and except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against them.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51853 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014.
