JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tekari P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 419,420,386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner appears to be right in his submission that petitioner has been implicated only on the basis that the son of the informant had given to him his mobile number and photographs. Subsequently, on the said mobile number, the son of the informant received certain calls demanding money on the ground of pendency of loan against him, which was in fact not pending. There is no allegation that any money was ever delivered to the petitioner. In view of the submissions as above, this application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51408 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jagir Sah, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in Tekari P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
