JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No.75 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries are simple in nature and he has been named in the F.I.R but there is no specific overt act alleged against him. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
