2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani (Fakuli O.P.) P.S. Case No. 106 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the victim and he is alleged to have killed his wife in collusion with his family members.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim was mentally disturbed and for the same she was undergoing treatment. He further submits that from the house of the informant, the victim disappeared.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail by contending that nothing has come in the case diary to substantiate the defence of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner, being the husband of the victim who is still traceless, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
