Petitioner is in jail custody on the accusation that having entered into house of the informant, he tried to outrage her modesty. Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and further detention of the petitioner is not required. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.M.Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Mashaurhi at Patna/ concerned court in Punpun P.S. Case no. 68/2015.
