====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State Bank of India.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to urge the learned Court below for passing an order on the petition filed by the petitioner for grant of injunction in the pending Title Suit No. 50 of 2015 which is pending adjudication before the learned Court of Munsif, East, Muzaffarpur.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.672 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2 /2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court for grant of injunction as prayed for by the petitioner in the pending suit.
