10-11-2015 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in Excise Case No. 92 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 47A of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false allegation regarding possession of thirty litres of country-made wine, the petitioner has been arrested and he is languishing in jail since 26-08-2015.

Keeping in view of nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Nawal Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Incharge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned court in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51366 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 connection with Excise Case No. 92 of 2015.
