1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition assails the order passed by the S.D.O., Appellate Authority Collector as well as the order passed by the Commissioner in Revision dated 22.09.2022, whereby his appeal and revision were rejected against the cancellation order passed by the S.D.O. dated 31.08.2017.

2. This Court finds that the orders passed by the Collector as well as by the Revisional Authority take into account all the aspects and have considered the submissions raised by the petitioner, no perversity can be said to have been

3. In view thereof, the decision making process cannot be said to be in any manner faulty.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed and no interference is warranted.
