2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 103, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of inflicting knife blow is against co-accused Nitish Ram. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, there is general & omnibus allegation and there is no allegation of assault against petitioner no. 2. Both petitioners are ladies and are in custody since 03.08.2025 and 02.09.2025 respectively, having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gopalganj in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025.
