In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the respondent no.8, Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Hajipur District Vaishali to take a final decision upon the application filed by the petitioner upon

Patna High Court CWJC No.16265 of 2016 dt.21-12-2016 2 / 2 which notice contained in Annexure 6 was issued, on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after granting reasonable opportunity to all the concerned including the private respondent.

The petitioner would be at liberty to make a prayer for grant of any interim relief which should also be considered in accordance with law.
