2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) For directing the respondent authorities specially the Respondent no.2 i.e. the Collector, Patna to direct the Respondent No.6 i.e. the Circle Officer, Bakhtiyarpur to grant NOC to the petitioner regarding Sale of 2 Decimal Land of petitioner which is in the name

Patna High Court CWJC No.17458 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 of his Late father and rent receipt of the land is issuing up to date but due to wrong entry in the computer of office of the Respondent No.5 Sale deed/registry of 2 Decimal land who is in the name of Late father of the petitioner is not being executed by the office of Respondent No.5.

(ii) For all consequential relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in course of hearing of this writ application."

3. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner should have move before the respondent no.3, the Additional Collector, Patna for the redressal of the grievance instead of invoking the writ jurisdiction.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
