Petitioner along with six other persons named in the first information report and it is stated in the F.I.R, that petitioner and other accused dragged the informant's son and took him towards east side. The informant claimed himself to be an eye witness and in the next morning of the aforesaid incident the dead body of the informant's son was recovered from the filed.
