Patna High Court MJC No.1790 of 2018(5) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 the opposite party No. 2/the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Dalsinghsarai, it appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

The petitioner has been made available a sum of Rs. 64,830/- on account of arrears of salary and Rs. 54,264/- on account of earned leave.

In that view of the matter, no ground is available as on date for keeping this contempt petition pending.

The present contempt petition is, therefore, dismissed.
