Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Maintenance Case No.121 of 2018 is pending between the parties before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, therefore, this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the aforesaid Court for early disposal of the said case.

3. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
