The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 326, 307, 427, 120(B) and 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The specific allegation against Mahesh Rai to have blast bomb causing injury to the informant. However, no role has been attributed by the petitioners.

Having regard to the fact, all the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra (Town) P.S.
