JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 465 of 2014, G.R. No. 2075 of 2014 registered under Sections 366A, 323 and 354/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The whole thrust of allegation is against Dipak Kumar and petitioners are brother and Bhanga of Dipak Kumar. The petitioner is in jail custody since 17.10.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka P. S. Case No. 465 of 2014, G.R. No. 2075 of 2014.
