The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner fired causing injury on the buttock of the informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, for the present, even though he is in custody since 27.07.2015. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52719 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2 / 2 The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura is directed to commit the case of the petitioner for trial forthwith. In case the trial is not concluded within nine months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
