Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for granting him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.464 of 2020, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui, has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
