The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 332, 333, 353, 307, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5151 of 2021 on 24.08.2021, Cr. Misc. 36672 of 2020 on 25.06.2021 and Cr. Misc. 34799 of 2020 on 26.03.2021 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.22067 of 2021(3) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S.
