Petitioner retired as Jan Sevak with effect from 30.11.1999 and prays for revision of his pension as per the first and second Assured Career Progression granted to him with effect from 09.08.1999 vide Memo No. 1053, dated 08.03.2008, as contained in Annexure 1, and, further, revision of the Assured Career Progression vide Letter No. 194, dated 28.10.2009, issued by the Director, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna, respondent no. 2, as contained in Annexure 2. He submits that respondent no. 5, the Block Development Officer, Paliganj, Patna, has been directed by respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, Patna, for grant of revised

Patna High Court CWJC No.3594 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 pension as per the first and second Assured Career Progressions as applicable from time to time, which is at Annexure 3, but, still his pension has not been revised. In this connection, the petitioner has preferred a representation before the respondent no. 2, the Director, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna, and respondent no. 5, the Block Development Officer, Paliganj, Patna, for the said revision, which has been sent by registered post on 08.12.2018, as contained in Annexure 5, but, all have gone unheeded. Considering the nature of claim, made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed fresh representation before the respondent no.

2, the Director, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna, which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of its presentation. Any amount, due to the petitioner, would be paid within a month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. This writ application is disposed of, accordingly.
