The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have not been named in the first information report and they have been implicated only on the basis of suspicion. It is submitted that one of the co-accused, namely, Sunil Mishra, has already been acquitted vide order dated 19.3.2013 passed in S.T. no. 292/12.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34380 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 petitioner, namely, Sanju Jha @ Sonu Jha @ Mangal Kant Jha and Ganju Jha @ Chandrakant Jha @ Chandramohan Jha are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 10/2011.
