2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bishnupad P.S. Case No. 276 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which Section 376 of the I.P.C. was added and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has stated that she had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12002 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO Court-cum-Additional District and Special Judge VIth, Gaya in connection with Bishnupad P.S. Case No. 276 of 2023.
