Taking into consideration that trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion and the matter is pending for recording the defence evidence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Pachrukhi (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 491 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Siwan stands rejected.

However, the concerned court is directed to dispose off the above-said case within a month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
