The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.C. No. 303A of 1983 arising out of Allouli P.S. Case No. 4 of 1971 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 447 and 426 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence is of 1971. It is further submitted that earlier petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled in the year1999, though, he is in jail custody since 10.11.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C. IIIrd, Khagaria, in connection with S.C. No. 303A of 1983 arising out of Allouli P. S. Case No. 4 of 1971.
