2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For directing the respondents to pay the compensation amount for the Homestead land of the petitioners which has been acquired for the construction of Nabinagar Thermal power

Patna High Court CWJC No.18940 of 2017(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/3 station.

(ii) For directing the respondents to make proper calculation of the amount and prepared an award for the Homestead land of petitioner for which payment has been made only for the construction/house further Respondents be directed that direction issued by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 16120/2011 must be followed.

(iii) For directing the Respondents to take proper decision on the representation filed by the petitioners for payment of their acquired land at the rate fixed by the respondents for Homestead land.

(iv) For grant of any other relief or reliefs in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it is suffice for the petitioners to approach the respondent nos. 2 and 3 for redressal of their grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection and has rightly so as they have failed to file counter affidavit for the last eight years. In that background, it is ordered that if the petitioners approaches the respondent nos. 2 and 3 in next four weeks, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion
