3. In this view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdrawn the present writ petition.
4. Permission granted.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby withdrawn and petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the points which he has raised in the above said Revision Case No. 03 of 2022.
