JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. He further submits that the background of the dispute between the parties as set out in the written report would indicate that the petitioner has sold his Tractor to the wife of the informant and in terms of the sale agreement, the wife of the informant agreed to pay the remaining installment, but when the wife of the informant failed to deposit the installment, the

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
