The report of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari dated 10.08.2023 suggests that seven witnesses have remained to be examined and trial is expected to take near about six months in its conclusion.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition after making some submission.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as
