The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 379, 411, 414, 401, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the petitioner on the pretext of drawing mini statement account has changed the ATM card of the informant and, thereafter, upon alarm being raised, he fled away. It is contended that the petitioner has not withdrawn any money from account of the informant through the ATM. It is further stated that the petitioner has remained in custody since 29.03.2015 and he is having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Imran Alam is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with G.R. Case No.727 of 2015 arising out of Sakri P.S. Case No.31 of 2015.
