The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2013, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 120(B), 121 and 124(A) of Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)a, and 26 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act and Sections 13, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of Unlawful Activities of Prevention Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner finds place on confessional statement of co-accused. Further submitted that petitioner has neither apprehended in the place of occurrence nor any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2013.
