This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 379, 328 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that two persons sitting besides the informant administered intoxicated substance to him and he became unconscious. When he gained consciousness found his bag missing and on search found the two persons jumping from the train. On chase he caught hold of the one of them, who is known as Gulli Sah.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said Gulli Sah disclosed the name of the petitioner. However, Test Identification Parade of the petitioner has not been conducted for identification.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51944 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Narkatiyaganj Rail P.
