20-06-2018 The order dated 14.03.2018 is clarified to the effect that the document of title of the property as indicated in the order of the court is not a document of title in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner is a tenant in the premises and this court has been informed that the owner of the property has already filed an affidavit and is also ready to produce the document of title of the property
Patna High Court MJC No.1823 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 standing in his name to satisfy the authorities about the ownership. The authorities concerned shall not insist for a document of title of the property in favour of the petitioner.
This application stands disposed off, accordingly.
