The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 448/34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22099 of 2021(2) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 complaint case has been lodged after a delay of 80 days without any sufficient reason. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
