The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(2)(1) of the SC & ST Act.

It has been alleged that while the informant was sleeping along with her husband five persons forcibly entered into the house and in her presence slitted her husband. During trial she has been examined as P.W.1 and before the trial court she resisted from statement and she has been declared as hostile witness. Another accused person, namely, Sanjay Yadav, has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.41460 of 2013.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48834 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Dhirendra Yadav alias Birendra Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura (Parmanandpur O.P.)
