The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 32 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 353, 379 & 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court on 23rd January, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 2996 of 2014 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

Having regard to observation made in the aforesaid order dated 23rd January, 2014 as well as the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Barhara P.S.
