2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2012 in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 313 of 2012 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 376 of the of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has once again renewed his prayer for bail having twice been rejected by this Court.

4. Pursuant to order dated 01.09.2015 it has been reported that the trial is on the verge of final disposal and the case is now fixed for statement of the accused.

5. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined grant bail to the petitioner at the fag end of the trial.

6. The bail petition stands dismissed.
