2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 80(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3 . As per prosecution case , niece of informant was married with co-accused Md. yasin two years ago and it is alleged that some time after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by the accused persons for dowry and lastly on 03.09.2024, the informant received an information that accused persons killed his niece by strangulation .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Nanad of the deceased. She is simply victim of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8409 of 2026(2) dt.16-02-2026 2/2 over implications. She is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Thrust of accusation is against husband who is already in custody . Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.09.2024 .
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional session Judge - II Supaul in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No. 593 of 2024 .
