Ambedkar (SC) Girls Residential High School, Domuhani Chandan, Banka. It is his grievance that he had submitted voucher for expenses against materials purchased in the said school hostel, on 13.05.2015, for a sum of Rs. 1,28,461/-, which has yet not been cleared and payments have not been made.

2. Whether the petitioner's claim is genuine or not cannot be considered in the present proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

I dispose of this writ application, accordingly, with a direction to the Director, Welfare & Social Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 2), to look into the petitioner's claim and redress the same, if his claim is found to be genuine, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
