Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2018. He was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Charges have already been framed and petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
