JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be devar of the deceased and allegation against him and others is of causing her death in connection with demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is brother in law and no specific allegation has been attributed to him and he has been in judicial custody for more than three months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7273 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
