The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 239 of 2020 registered under Sections 498(A), 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is cousin of the husband of the informant. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is a dispute between wife and husband. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged dispute.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19763 of 2021(2) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 239 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
