JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Claim of the petitioner is that auto rickshaw of the petitioner bearing registration No.BR02W-9117 was seized in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.288 of 2016 on 22.06.2016.

The petitioner filed a petition before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, for release of the auto rickshaw. A report from the concerned police station as well as District Transport Office, Gaya, was called for by the learned Court-below. However, no judicial order has yet been passed on the prayer of the petitioner to release the said vehicle. If no order has been passed as yet on the said petition, the learned Court-below is directed to pass necessary order within fifteen days of the receipt of a copy of this order.
